1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Scanline SEO Crawler platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our software immediately.
2. Proprietary Software & Copyright Ownership
All contents, codebase, algorithms, diagnostic scoring formulas, user interfaces, documentation, visual assets, trademarks, and logos associated with Scanline are the proprietary intellectual property of Scanline and its founders, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform according to your active subscription plan.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, clone, or resell the Scanline engine, core crawler algorithms, or user interface without express written authorization.
3. Authorized Crawler Usage & Fair Use Policy
Users must comply with ethical crawling and security guidelines when configuring site audits:
- You must only initiate crawls on domains you own, administer, or have explicit authorization to inspect.
- You agree not to configure high-concurrency audits designed to degrade, attack, or trigger Denial of Service (DoS) conditions against target web servers.
- You agree not to bypass, exploit, or attempt to circumvent subscription quotas, concurrency limits, or account restrictions.
4. Subscription Tiers & Payments
Scanline offers both Free Starter tiers and premium paid subscriptions (billed monthly or annually in BDT ৳ or USD $). Premium subscriptions unlock elevated page crawl limits, turbo concurrency lanes, and white-label report exports.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, except as provided by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice to active subscribers.
5. Termination & Suspension
Scanline reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our fair use policy, engage in malicious crawler behavior, or attempt to exploit our infrastructure.
